Success at work needs several things like good communication, analytical mind, empathy, being curious and reflective, and being open to new learning and leadership skills, and how quickly you learn to utilize tools and software in ever changing environment especially in this digital age?

Job markets are rapidly taken over by AI(artificial intelligence) and are now data-driven in one way or the other, it results in overhauling of process and its structural change.
This directly impacts all who are associated with it directly or indirectly. And of course, working individuals and those just ready to enter markets should be aware of rapidly changing tools and they need to learn new tools and software in order to thrive.
It's seen that with every 10 years there is a need to learn new skills and unlearn old ones in order to keep up with the pace of changing world market and industry alike.
Let's get back to the crux of the topic that is how to be effective whatever we do in order to achieve the desired goal that you have set for yourself. It could tangible or intangible.
GOAL 🎯
It's good practice to set a short goal and whichever your like, analyze what are your objectives and how you are going to achieve them. Be focused on what you have and don't crib about what you don't have. It needs strategic thinking to break down problems into chunks and find solutions. Take stock of past performance in the past how you had been successful in doing that and reevaluate those things as best as you can. If you really know you and how good you are at those skill will determine your course of action, time, and money.
Today's world market and the professional world expect everyone to do multi-task and be effective in utilizing new tools and software. Since the world is moving fast digitally, not only affecting you but impacting across the globe in one way or the other. That is challenging for the one who is not ready to unlearn old practices and learn a new one.
Per my understanding, you should know the objective target of the aligned role and if any challenges are still lingering then it must be addressed with your management, if not then later it will surface that will impact you.
Strategy
Have you been trained enough to execute tasks flawlessly? If not then get trained and talk to your management about what is challenging and bothering you in completing the ongoing tasks. They will appreciate your move.
When you are in a meeting you need to ask questions to resolve immediate challenges at hand and what is troubling you, never ever be embarrassed in questioning things that you don't comprehend. This makes meetings engaging and productive.
Following the 80/20 rule to be productive when you are working in stressful environments, research tells that your brain normally focuses for 80 minutes or less, and then it drifts away. That's why it is good to take a short break, chill out, it definitely reduces stress at work.
Before you start your day at work, prioritize your things and schedule for later. I hope you do this!
Quickly cover the task that is easy and then take on challenging one later on.
Check emails and scan quickly to respond immediately and mark some that need attention later in the day. But make sure you check deliverables before the end of the day (EOD). You can use a sticky note or notepad for that.
Delegate tasks if possible and it is invariably seen when a team works in conjunction with the desired goal and supports each other often do wonders at work. It's has always been high performing team at the Operational level when teams closely work together on a project. When you help and get help from colleagues, this creates team spirit and saves time.
Team spirit drives success at work and is fulfilling in nature. Ultimately it adds value to your personal life.
It's fortunate to have a manager who truly understands your capabilities and accordingly assigned a task to each member and gets you trained. Practically talking I have observed that "team performs better than the other" when you help each other, no one is perfect. For example, some are good in writing, auditing, data visualization, analysis, communication, digital marketing, graphics design, and team handling, etc.
It's good practice to go over 2 or 3 times standard operating procedure (SOP) before you start working on a project and add your inputs once you have mastered that activity, yes you must share your effective workaround with your operation team.

Success depends on several factors and one of the most talked-about ones is how you carry yourself with coworkers and out of work alike. Your social skill does count a lot how successfully you get along with a colleague and you don't get along with and it's better to tread balance.
Never ever Gossip at work in regards to work or the behavior of your fellow workers. You are most likely need their help in the future, no matter what is the hierarchy. It does not reward you in any way. Those Gossip about others with you, are the ones who will definitely talk about in your absence. Would you like someone to talk about your work in your absence? How do you feel then? I think you would never like it.
To talk about how to avoid human error while working on an activity. Say "No" gracefully when you are focused in the middle on one important task since there is a likelihood of human error and explain why you can't help immediately but later you can look at his or her problem and be kind anyway.
Don't take feedback personally rather in a constructive way. If you don't like management decisions then you should definitely talk to them to fix issues. If any decision looks unfair to you currently but it's good for you which is not visible at that moment to you.
Like in my case, a project assigned to me was challenging and for a few days it troubled me but after I mastered its procedure and finally it rewarded me.
There are several things to talk about that I will do in another blog, anyway I am sure you are doing good, be grateful for what you have, focus on that strengthen your skillset with tools and future will taken care of and it's attractive in nature & hope for the best, and am sure you can achieve a scalable target in 2022.
Keep learning and keep progressing and be kind along the way.
